What the season costs
Peek Pro's price is a percentage at the guest's checkout and another percentage on you. Neither is the number to compare. The number is what leaves the business across a season.
Peek Pro runs on a booking fee added at the customer's checkout rather than a subscription, at about 8%. Card processing of roughly 3% sits on the operator on top of that, because Peek Pro runs the payments and sets that rate. Marketplace and OTA bookings carry their own commission again.
Those are starting assumptions taken from published terms, and they move. Confirm every line against Peek Pro's current terms and your own quote before taking any figure from this page.
The guest pays $243.00 at checkout. You receive about $218.25 after the roughly 3% processing. The platform's take on that order, counting both halves, is around 11% of what the guest paid.
On Bodhisys the same $225 order is $235.13 at checkout, which is 4.5% added and paid by the guest. You receive $225 before your own processor's charge, which you pay to them directly at the rate you negotiated rather than at a rate set by the platform.
The difference at checkout is $7.87 on one order, which is the sort of gap a guest comparing two tabs notices. The number to compare is the all-in take is about why that matters more than the headline rate.
Guest pays$235.13
Payout$225.00
The fee is added at checkout and paid by your customer, so the payout is your list price. Cancellation protection and the helmet pack are sold from real stock and settle the same way.
Take 260 reservations a month at $225 across a twelve-month season, which is the reference volume the calculator starts from. At about 11% all in, the platform charges are around $77,000 a year. At 4.5%, all of it paid by the guest, the platform charges you nothing and the guest has paid about $31,600 in fees over the year.
Those are the calculator's defaults rather than anybody's real season. The savings calculator takes your own units, reservations, order value, margin and season length, and puts the two shapes side by side.
6% of that is added to your guest’s checkout. The other 3% is card processing, billed by the platform that runs the payments. With Bodhisys you keep your own processor and pay them directly, so the only rate beside our name is the one at checkout.
Peek Pro brings a consumer marketplace, a polished booking flow and a well-built mobile point of sale. For an operator selling scheduled activities to walk-up demand, that combination is hard to beat, and the marketplace commission buys distribution Bodhisys does not sell.
The model underneath is a scheduled activity with a capacity. The further your revenue sits from that, towards units that go out on a van and come back marked, the less the marketplace does for you and the more the all-in rate is paying for things you work around. The full comparison opens with where Peek Pro wins and goes on from there.
It is not Peek Pro's price list, and it is not a quote. The percentages are starting assumptions and the arithmetic is illustrative. Your mix of online, phone and marketplace bookings changes every line, which is why the calculator asks for it rather than assuming it.
Peek Pro publishes no monthly subscription. It earns through a booking fee of about 8% added at the guest's checkout, plus card processing of roughly 3% charged to the operator because Peek Pro runs the payments, for an all-in take around 11%. Marketplace and OTA bookings carry their own commission on top. On a $225 order the guest pays about $243.00 and the operator receives about $218.25.
Bodhisys adds 4.5% at checkout, paid by the guest, and bills nothing else; the operator receives the full $225 before their own processor's charge. Peek Pro remains the better choice for an operator selling scheduled activities to walk-up demand who values its marketplace. Confirm every figure against current published terms.
It publishes none. The revenue model is a booking fee at the guest's checkout, card processing charged to the operator, and commission on marketplace bookings. Confirm against Peek Pro's current terms.
On the headline rate, 4.5% against about 8%. All in, 4.5% against about 11% once the roughly 3% processing carried by the operator is counted. On Bodhisys you keep your own processor. Compare against your own quote rather than this page.
Yes. Customers, future reservations and booking history move across, and there is no implementation or migration fee. Stored card tokens cannot move between processors and are re-collected at the next booking.
A demo takes six fields and someone who understands rental operations calls you back. Where Bodhisys is the wrong fit you will hear it on that call rather than after three meetings.
